
Pure water and alkali liquor are metered and mixed into the electrolytic cell. Under the action of DC, H2O is decomposed into H2 and O2, and the gas produced is separated, washed and cooled respectively. The separated hydrogen is output through the control valve, sent to the hydrogen storage tank, purified and regulated as required, and then used by the user.
The hydrogen produced by the alkaline water electrolysis hydrogen production device contains certain impurities. After the targeted filtration and impurity removal device developed by the hydrogen linked high-tech, the hydrogen purity can meet the quality requirements of the Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell Vehicle Fuel Hydrogen (GB/T 37244-2018) or the Hydrogen Part 2: Pure Hydrogen, High Purity Hydrogen and Ultrapure Hydrogen (GB/T 3634-2011).
